I’ve spent the last eight years in real estate, with five of those focused on managing both residential and commercial properties across the Greater Toronto Area. My work has centred mostly on commercial — industrial and investment properties — with enough residential experience to give me a well-rounded view of the market.
I’m a licensed Broker and have completed investment analysis through CCIM, which helps me dig into deals and spot value where others might miss it. My day-to-day strengths are negotiation, marketing, valuation, and building solid client relationships. I pride myself on finding creative solutions to get the best outcome for my clients — whether that means maximizing a sale or tracking down the right property to meet specific needs.
